The Wooden Transfer Board by Vive Health is designed to aid safe, smooth transfers between beds, wheelchairs, chairs, cars, and commodes. Constructed from sealed and coated lightweight wood, the board features a smooth finish to minimize friction during sliding transfers. Two cutout handles provide leverage and a secure grip, while tapered ends and rounded corners allow easy positioning and protect furniture and upholstery. Available in three sizes to accommodate different transfer needs. Supports up to 440 lbs (30" size) or 800 lbs (36" size).

How to Use

1. Place at least ⅓ of the board on the surface you are transferring from.
2. Place at least ⅓ of the board on the surface you are transferring to.
3. Support body weight on the board and slowly slide from one end to the other.
