The TRANSITIONS® Modular Entry Mat by EZ-ACCESS® is a portable rubber threshold mat designed for easy access to doorways and raised landings. This threshold ramp is ideal for use for light wheelchairs, scooters, and other wheeled mobility devices. This entry mat can be used by itself or by pairs for wider coverage.
Simply put your TRANSITIONS® Modular Entry Mat by the doorway (inside or outside) and it's ready to use. This threshold ramp mat is made of 100% recycled material, is slip-resistant, and is designed for years of continued use. This entry mat can be used by itself or by placing 2 sets side by side to accommodate wider entrances.
This TRANSITIONS® Modular Entry Mat is 2½ inches in height can be easily trimmed or notched to fit any entrance. Optional risers are available to reach heights greater than 2½ inches.
Need a longer or wider mat?
The TRANSITIONS® Modular Entry Mat by EZ-ACCESS® can be combined with an additional Modular Entry Mat and one set of Risers to create a maximum height of 4.75”. Risers are shipped in pairs (one pair measures 24” x 48” when placed side-by-side). Below is your guide for additional sections to make your modular entry mat longer or wider.
