The TRANSITIONS® Angled Entry Plate by EZ-ACCESS is a portable, stand-alone threshold plate and ramp with an applied slip-resistant surface that offers superior traction in varying weather conditions. This single-piece, formed aluminum plate helps to eliminate trip hazards for mobility device users entering or exiting through doorways with raised thresholds. The Angled Entry Plate Ramp is available in 8", 10", & 12" lengths to suit door threshold heights up to 2" tall.
