Knee Compression Ice Wrap with Hot/Cold Therapy and Adjustable Compression

The Knee Compression Ice Wrap by Vive Health combines targeted compression with hot or cold therapy to relieve pain, inflammation, and swelling in the knee from sports injuries, arthritis, ACL surgery, sprains, strains, and muscle fatigue. An internal PVC air bladder with a removable hand pump lets you customize compression around the front and sides of the knee, while three Arctic Flex gel packs slot into front, side, and rear pockets for full-knee temperature therapy. Four adjustable hook-and-loop straps secure the wrap on either knee for circumferences up to 21". One size fits most.

Effective Knee Pain Relief

Combines soothing cold or heat therapy with targeted compression to relieve pain, inflammation, swelling, and stiffness. Effective for managing sprains, strains, post-surgical recovery (including ACL), arthritis pain, and general muscle fatigue.

Customizable Air Compression

An internal PVC air bladder at the front of the brace covers the two front gel pack pockets and delivers adjustable compression around the knee. The included hand pump with release valve allows you to easily add or release air to dial in the right level of pressure. A removable rubber hose (24.25" length) with open/close air valve keeps the system tidy, and a small anchor strap secures excess tubing during use.

Hot or Cold Therapy with Arctic Flex Gel Packs

Three included Arctic Flex gel packs fit into removable pockets — two covering the front and sides of the knee, one covering the back. The nontoxic gel packs remain flexible when frozen to conform to the knee's contours, and are reusable, leakproof, and latex-free. Use cold for acute injury and swelling, or warm for arthritis and chronic stiffness.

Flexible Fit on Either Knee

Reversible for use on the left or right knee. Four adjustable hook-and-loop straps (1 top, 2 middle, 1 bottom) provide a secure, customized fit for knee circumferences up to 21". Made from a soft neoprene blend that is latex-free for greater all-day comfort.
