The Hoyer Advance-E (HOY-ADVANCE-E) is a battery-powered, full-body patient lift for assisted transfers between a bed, wheelchair or chair, including floor transfers with an appropriate sling. Its aluminum frame folds without tools for storage and transport. This listing is the electric Advance-E.

Weight alone does not determine fit; support needs, body shape and transfer task also matter. A qualified caregiver or clinician should assess the lift and sling combination. The sling’s higher capacity does not increase the lift’s 340 lb limit.

Advance-E provides full-body sling support. The Hoyer Journey sit-to-stand lift is for people who can bear some weight and need help rising from a seated position. Choose based on an individual transfer assessment; these lifts are not interchangeable.
