Shoulder Compression Ice Wrap with Adjustable Air Compression and Hot/Cold Therapy
The Shoulder Compression Ice Wrap by Vive Health combines an inflatable air bladder with a removable Arctic Flex gel pack to deliver customizable compression and hot or cold therapy directly to the shoulder. Effective for rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder, tendonitis, clavicle fractures, sports injuries, and post-surgical recovery. The adjustable design fits men and women with chest circumferences up to 60" and bicep circumferences up to 26", and can be worn over lightweight clothing or directly on the skin.

Dual Cold and Heat Compression Therapy
Relieves pain, swelling, and inflammation in the left or right shoulder by combining adjustable pneumatic compression with soothing ice or heat therapy in a single brace. Effective for rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder, tendonitis, clavicle fractures, and sports injuries.
Flexible Arctic Flex Gel Pack
The included Arctic Flex gel pack remains flexible when frozen, comfortably contouring to the shoulder for optimal cold therapy coverage. The nontoxic, leakproof gel pack can also be heated in the microwave for heat therapy to minimize muscle spasms, improve circulation, and restore mobility.
Easy Inflation System
A small detachable hand pump inflates the internal PVC air bladder to your preferred compression level. A push-release valve on the pump allows for quick deflation. The pump attaches to an integrated strap to keep it secure during wear, or can be removed after closing the main air valve.
Adjustable Fit for Most Body Sizes
Two strong hook-and-loop straps with integrated D-rings provide a fully adjustable, secure fit. Accommodates chest circumferences up to 60" and bicep circumferences up to 26". Made from a comfortable polyester blend that is latex-free and suitable for wearing over or under light clothing.

How to Use — Cold Therapy
- Place the gel pack flat in the freezer or refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Remove the gel pack and secure it inside the shoulder brace.
How to Use — Heat Therapy
- Place the gel pack on a paper towel or paper plate in the microwave.
- Heat at full power for 30 seconds.
- Remove carefully and knead to distribute heat evenly. Check temperature before use.
- To reheat, return to microwave in 10-second intervals until desired temperature is reached.
- Secure the heated gel pack inside the shoulder brace.
How to Wear
- Lay the brace flat on a surface with the interior lining facing outward and remove the adjustable straps.
- Attach the gel pack to the brace interior using the fastener material, with the Vive logo upright.
- Loosely secure the bicep strap, leaving enough room for the arm to slip through easily.
- Thread the chest strap through the top D-rings with the curved section facing downward.
- Secure the chest strap loosely enough to slip over the head.
- Set the air valve to the open position.
- Slide the arm through the bicep strap and position the gel pack on the affected shoulder.
- Loop the chest strap over the head and under the opposite arm, tightening with the D-ring for a secure, comfortable fit.
- Fasten and tighten the bicep strap as needed.
- Squeeze the hand pump to inflate the compression chamber to your desired pressure. Use the release valve to reduce compression.
Note: Assistance may be necessary when putting on the brace.
