Back Compression Ice Wrap with Adjustable Air Compression and Hot/Cold Therapy

The Back Compression Ice Wrap by Vive Health combines an inflatable air chamber with a large Arctic Flex gel pack to deliver customizable compression and hot or cold therapy directly to the lower back. Three internal aluminum splints maintain optimal contact along the contours of the back, while exterior compression straps and the hand-pump inflation system let you dial in the right level of support. Adjustable to fit waist sizes up to 50" with the included extender strap, the soft neoprene blend wrap can be worn over lightweight clothing or directly on the skin for men and women. Effective for sciatica, scoliosis, herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, and general lower back pain and stiffness.

The reusable, latex-free, nontoxic clay gel pack can also be microwaved for heat therapy to minimize muscle spasms, increase circulation, and improve mobility.

Simple Inflation System

A small hand pump inflates the internal air bladder to your preferred compression level. The pump attaches to the brace via a detachable fabric strap to keep it secure during wear. A push-release valve at the base of the pump allows quick, easy deflation.

Secure Adjustable Fit

A strong hook-and-loop fastener system with an included 8" extender strap accommodates waist sizes up to 50". The durable latex-free neoprene blend is comfortable against the skin or over lightweight clothing and is suitable for men and women.

How to Use — Cold Therapy

1. Place the Arctic Flex gel pack flat in the freezer or refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
2. Remove and secure the frozen gel pack into the back wrap pocket.

How to Use — Heat Therapy

1. Place the gel pack on a paper towel or paper plate in the microwave. The pack may be folded in half to fit smaller microwaves.
2. Heat at full power in 5-second intervals.
3. Remove carefully and knead to distribute heat evenly. Check temperature before use.
4. To reheat, return to microwave in 5-second intervals until desired temperature is reached.
5. Secure the heated gel pack into the back wrap.
